About Us
Llewellyn Smith Ltd is an independant chartered building surveying practice who provide building surveying inspection and consultancy services to owners and managers of domestic and commercial property portfolios.
Formed in 2002 we are able to provide Quality control inspections on a national basis, which fully comply with Ofgem's Carbon Emission Reduction Target (C.E.R.T) scheme requirements for independent inspections. Our clients include several of the UK’s leading energy suppliers.
Our building surveying inspection and consulting practice is designed to support owners and mangers of domestic and small commercial property portfolios in both the public and private sectors.
Our clients include local authorities, housing associations, owners and managers of property portfolios, major energy suppliers, and energy advice centres.
