  Working with a range of clients, we have assisted with the preparation of housing stock condition surveys, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and individual surveys to establish maintenance costs.

  We also have extensive experience of administering building maintenance contracts from initial survey, contract preparation and procurement through to completion of works on site and settlement of the final payment.
