Llewellyn Smith Ltd is a well-established Building Surveying Company headquartered in Bury St Edmunds. We specialise in undertaking technical monitoring inspections and technical surveys of energy efficiency measures undertaken to domestic homes.

Technical Assessors

We are currently seeking Technical Assessors throughout mainland Britain, in particular Scotland, North England to undertake surveys to establish whether domestic homes are suitable for energy efficiency measures and undertake energy audits. Candidates must come from an appropriate building background, hold a relevant energy qualification such as DEA Level 3, be computer literate and be able to work on their own. Appropriate training will be provided to suitable candidates if required.
